Welcome to our Property Transfer practice.  

Here’s how to start:

If you would like to start the work now, please follow these two steps.  This stage of the process is free; we will not charge for anything until we've completed the intake call and you've accepted our engagement letter.  

1.    Please fill out our confidential online intake form.  This should take 5-10 minutes.  If there are any questions that you can't answer readily, don't worry about it -- we'll discuss those when we speak.

2.    Please arrange a 30-minute Intake Call so we can review your intake form and discuss any issues that are on your mind.  By the end of that call, I'll be able to tell you exactly what I think you need, and what fees you can anticipate.
