How We Can Help Estate Planning Attorneys – Video
Transcript: How We Can Help Estate Planning Attorneys – Video
If you're at an estate planning attorney, you probably create revocable trusts for clients all the time, and you probably tell them that it's important to transfer their assets into their trusts. But does that ever actually happen? You may not have the bandwidth to get that done. You may not have the staff or a billing structure, and your firm may not have the expertise in real estate assets. The good news is that we do.
We have spent the past 16 years managing active practice in estate planning, and also active practice in real estate transactions. So, anything that falls between the two does not fall between the cracks. It falls squarely within our expertise. Over the years, we have developed a specialized practice with dedicated staff to make sure that trusts are funded, particularly with all of the real estate assets that the client may have. We handle co-ops and condos and houses, and we know all of the different complexities that they may present.
We've made a commitment to our clients to get their trusts funded so that their estate plans will work as intended, and we would be very happy to help you fulfill that commitment to your clients as well.
